Dispatch;

Many pieces are handmade to order so please allow 7 days for dispatch plus delivery time for your Jewellery to arrive.

Delivery;

Standard Delivery - £2.99

Tracked and Signed for - £3.99

International Shipping (Europe & US) - £8.55

International shipping excludes rings and other size variant products.

Any loss when standard delivery is selected is at your own risk. 

 

Refunds; 

If for any reason you are not happy with your order and you requests a refund please package your piece in the original packaging and return within 14 days. When posting items back to us, we highly recommend that you use Royal Mail or Hermes special delivery service, for security purposes. We cannot accept responsibility for items sent by you that become lost in transit. Please note that earrings are not eligible for refund due to hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Please include your full name, address, order number, email address and reason for return
The cost of postage will not be refunded.

Exchanges;

Should you wish to exchange an item please get in touch and we can discuss next steps. 

Defective and damaged items;

Should you receive an item you have ordered that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please return the item within 14 days of receiving them in the original packaging Please include your full name, address, order number, email address and reason for return.You will then be refunded.

Where the item is defective, damaged or dispatched in error by us, we will refund the price of the item in full, together with any applicable delivery charges. 

Packaging; 

All Sea Coasts Jewellery comes beautifully packaged in our gift boxes made from 76% recycled material and able to be recycled themselves! 

                   

 Seacoast silver reserves the right to use alternative but equally as beautiful boxes if needed. 

Knowing your ring size;

If you're not sure on your ring size, firstly see if you have any letters stamped in your existing ring collection even Pandora. A letter indicates your ring size according to UK sizing but any stamp can usually be converted to UK sizing. 

If you can't find any letters then do not panic,  plan B is to measure your ring size;

1) Wrap a piece of thread around your finger base.

2) Use a pen to mark where the string ends meet.

3) Next using a millimetre ruler measure the string and match your ring size to the chart below.

6) If all else fails the Average UK ring sizing is an M - N

As rings are made to order please make every effort to ensure you have the correct ring size.  

Incorrect Ring / Bangle Sizes;

All rings and hammered bangles are made to the size selected at checkout. 

Your best effort in making sure the sizing is correct the first time is greatly appreciated. Should you order a gemstone ring or bangle there is a risk that a new gemstone may have to be used should the sizing be incorrect, this is because the gemstone cannot withstand any heating which may be required in the resizing process.

If you need to change your item due to sizing issues please do get in touch and we will be able to talk you through next steps.

You will bear the cost of returning the item to us.
